- All confirmed orders are guaranteed a 100% allocation. KTSD will never cancel your order regardless of market fluctuations, supply constraints, or changes in product pricing after your order has been placed.
- All products are sealed factory items. Minor imperfections including slight tears, dents, creases, or scuffs, particularly along the corners and edges of the packaging are deemed acceptable. However, we always do our best to provide you with a mint, perfectly conditioned box wherever possible. Every order is hand-picked and inspected before it leaves us and we will always select the best available units for our customers.
- You may settle your order using either of the following options:
Option A — Deposit: Pay a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the remaining 50% payable upon the arrival of stock.
Option B — Full Payment: Pay 100% of the order value at the time of ordering. You will be notified as soon as your stock arrives and is ready for collection. If you have selected shipping, your order will be dispatched automatically upon arrival.
